Camp Thunderbird is staffed by some of the most qualified and experienced men and women in the camping field. By becoming part of our Camp Thunderbird team, you become a part of our camp family. Each new staff member brings with them unique gifts including strong moral character, a calling to serve God, and the ability to create amazing experiences for our campers. Each staff position contributes to our sense of community, safety and fun for all who join us.
